1. Digital Products

All digital products, templates, downloadable files, and AI-generated materials are non-refundable.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.


2. Career Services & Resume Services

Due to the time, strategy, and intellectual work involved:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • If work has already begun, refunds may be partially granted at our discretion.
  • Completed services are non-refundable.

Once final documents have been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.


3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Job placement
  • Interview invitations
  • Salary outcomes
  • Financial results

Career outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.


4. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

If subscription services are offered:

  • You may cancel at any time.
  • Cancellation stops future billing.
  • No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us:

  • Services may be suspended immediately.
  • Access to digital products may be revoked.
  • We reserve the right to dispute improper chargebacks.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors
  • Failure to deliver purchased services
